These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our websites (including manageditservicesdayton.com and related Atlas sites) and the information published on them. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Informational site
Website content is for general information about Atlas and our managed IT offerings. It is not a proposal, warranty, or guarantee of outcomes (including security or compliance results). Formal services are provided under a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service, scraping in a way that harms the site, or submitting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content through forms.
Intellectual property
Site text, branding, logos, and graphics are owned by Atlas or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with prior written permission.
No warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATLAS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM SITE USE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Links or integrations with third parties are provided for convenience. Atlas is not responsible for third-party sites or services.
Service area and clients
Atlas focuses on established Dayton-area businesses. Website visitors outside that context may still browse; service eligibility is determined case by case.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes relating to the site will be in courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
